Position Overview
To provide administrative support to the EMEA Legal Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
§ Administer and process invoices for payment for EMEA Legal Department (by seeking appropriate approvals, capturing all invoices into the procurement system, coordinating the process with Finance teams, etc.). § Manage law firms' and vendors' onboarding and assist with resolving billing issues. § Maintain communication within the EMEA Legal Department and other departments as required and coordinate tasks with team members. § Organize team meetings/conference calls, make travel arrangements. § Assist the EMEA Legal Department members with legal documents, projects and form filling, as well as general office tasks such as mailings/office correspondence, filing of all type of legal documentation, notarization of documentation, onboarding processes, arranging IT/office/facilities support, absences/holidays registration, organization of team events and travel arrangements. Provide occasional secretarial and administrative support to the International General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, EMEA

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
§ Minimum 2 years' experience as an assistant in an international environment. § Great attention to detail. § Ability to handle highly confidential/sensitive information. § Ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple tasks. § Ability to communicate effectively and respond with a sense of urgency. § Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in French and/or any other European language will be a plus. § Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required. § Proactive and professional.Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
