Webstore Assistant

We are in need for an excelling Webstore assistant to join our E-Commerce team.

Direct job desk tasks include:

- Work in close collaboration with our order picker, in covering all webstores sales and potential returns

- Customer relationship management through emails and WhatsApp.

- Make sure all clients claims are taken cared of with UPS

- Follow up with the translations of our sales narratives

- Developing and maintaining our website through Shopify

- Make sure all products are shot in a timely matter, according to our deliveries. Participate in our seasonal e-commerce shoots

- Collaborate with the internal communication and image teams to create 360° activation concepts (homepage, landing pages etc.)

- Thematic benchmarks

- Ensure the smooth running of the site: Monitoring all bugs and reporting them through our ticketing tools (Jira)

-  Stock and inventory management

Profile requirements:

The profile we are looking for shows:

- You have +2 years of experience in e-commerce (ideally within a luxury house)

- You are very comfortable with numbers (especially Excel)

- You have a real business sense and a good knowledge of e-commerce (best practices, commercial highlights...).

- You are active on the digital front
- experienced with Shopify;
- Good command of InDesign and Photoshop is a plus;
- fluency in English and French is a must;
- an energetic, hands-on attitude;
- attentiveness to things;
- strong affinity and engagement with the work of Marine Serre;
- an understanding of the creative processes, idiom, and business environment of upmarket fashion;
