Reporting to the HUGO Sales Managers, the Wholesale Administrator will support the team in the planning, implementation and delivery of the HUGO wholesale strategy and business growth for the UK and Ireland markets.

What you can expect:

  • Support the HUGO Wholesale team with detailed customer analysis and collection preparation ahead of the sales campaign's to ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Manage the order process including inputting, confirming orders with clients and following up with any issues.
  • Co-ordinate with WHS and VM teams on seasonal showroom set up which aligns with brand strategy, as well as managing sample send outs for key partners.
  • Support NOS team with sales analysis as well as identifying re-order opportunities across UK and Ireland customers.
  • Manage and maintain e-commerce partners online execution ensuring HUGO BOSS Online guidelines are adhered too.
  • Confidently create product training and sign off decks efficiently and accurately for WHS Managers.
  • Confidently analyse and translate key market trends, competitor analysis and product development opportunities to support/drive the growth of HUGO.
  • Support HUGO team with preparing accurate analysis of key partners weekly and seasonal trade performance.
  • Support HUGO WHS team in any ad hoc tasks with internal departments including supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure Key Partners receive prompt and exemplary customer service.
  • Work with HUGO WHS Managers to organize store visits & travel plans across UK and Ireland for existing clients, potential clients, and parallel accounts.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks


Your profile:

  • You will have a minimum of 1 - 2 years previous wholesale sales experience.
  • You will have excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills.
  • You will be able to be a strong team player but equally comfortable owning projects individually.
  • You will possess a strong interest in fashion and have the desire to become a true HUGO brand ambassador
  • You will have excellent communication, organisation and presenting skills
  • You will have strong computer and IT skills
  • You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • You will have a full UK driving license
