HR Business Partner Logistics (f/m/d)

To support our Human Resources team we are searching for a HR Business Partner Logistics (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide HR project support for the set-up and commissioning of the new site.
• Assistance in the implementation of work guidelines and processes relevant to the company’s growth
• Independent advice and support of the people managers of the Logistics support area at the Leipzig location in all personnel-relevant and labour law issues (e.g. probationary period, BEM, warnings, dismissals)
• Continuous and systematic development of the organizational structure and HR processes
• Active, operative support of the HR generalists and HR coordinators as required
• Participation in projects for the implementation and further development of HR policy measures

WHO YOU ARE

• Completed studies or completed training
• Several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner in a growing, international environment. Experience in setting up a location is an advantage
• Independent as well as success- and result-oriented way of working and a clear “hands on” mentality
• Diplomacy, as well as a distinct feeling for different people, their situations and needs paired with communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team, enthusiasm and initiative
• Very good knowledge of German labour law and the labour market
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Enjoy new challenges in a growing international business environment
