Position Summary:
This position is under Regional C&B team. You will be responsible to prepare the regular C&B analytic reports and provide commentary. Work closely with the teammates to support the C&B operation and administration for Hong Kong and other APAC markets. You will also be responsible to support the policy review and update.
This role will start with 1-year fixed-term contract.

Developing level of knowledge & skills - typically 2-5 Years of related experience
Education:
Bachelor Degree Required
Knowledge/Skills Required:
Communication Skills Required:
Responsible for Explaining policies or practices to others and influencing others within own Department at PVH
Overall Impact & Contribution:
Sets objectives and delivers results that have a direct impact on the organization
Problem Solving:
Problems and issues are not well defined and require understanding of other disciplines and job areas
Innovation:
Provide input to making changes to processes, product, or programs

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:
- Prepare various C&B analytics reports
- Provide support to HR Business Partners with data
- Support in other HR projects as and when required
- Assist to formulate and review C&B policies and procedures to ensure all practices comply with regulatory, legal and compliance requirements.
- Assist in review and streamline the current processes to enhance the C&B operational efficiency.
- Assist in C&B operations including but not limited to handbook maintenance, pension scheme administration, allowance claim, insurance administration
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
Developing level of knowledge & skills - typically 2-5 Years of related experience
Education:
Bachelor Degree Required
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Communication skills
