We have an exciting opportunity to join our London, Avery Row Store as Supervisor. As a Paul Smith brand ambassador, you should embody our Retail Values and deliver an outstanding customer experience whilst nurturing others. You will develop and maintain excellent customer relationships while promoting the brand image and culture.  As a natural leader you will encourage story telling about our products.   You will support the Shop Management to achieve and exceed set financial targets and operational efficiencies. The role:
• Encouraging the team to welcome all clients through the Paul Smith sales ceremony, greeting, discovering, proposing, closing and client follow up to provide a memorable customer experience. 
• Engaging with customers to develop long lasting relationships, foster brand loyalty and delight them with your service enabling you to build your trust and credibility as a Paul Smith Brand Ambassador.  Showing your team the importance of this through excellent results and best practice.
• Maximising all sales and customer opportunities.  The incentive of a financial reward will ensure that you inspire your team to meet and exceed their individual targets to reach your Store’s KPI and Sales performance.
• Supporting the Shop Management on initiatives to achieve and exceed set financial targets.
• Sharing an excellent understanding of product knowledge with the team; including our tailor-made services. 
• Actively taking care of stock related duties including delivery processing, customer orders, store to store transfers, end of season returns and stocktakes.  
• Ensuring visual presentation, store maintenance and housekeeping is kept to the company’s desired standard both on and off the shop floor.

Your Experience:
• Loves to provide excellent customer service. 
• Experience of retail environment.
• Ability to work towards sales targets; to interpret financial data.
• Loves learning and sharing product knowledge with customers and team. 
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and visual standards.
• Ability to monitor stock levels.
