This position will hold a vital role within the Wolford US Marketing & PR team, working cross functionally with all departments, and in partnership with the Global Marketing Team, headquartered in Milan, Italy. The PR & Marketing Manager reports into the US Head of Marketing & PR.

The ideal candidate is energetic, collaborative, analytical, and thrives a in a fast paced environment. A true team player with the ability to work on own initiative when required, this individual has a passion for marketing and must be interested researching & coordinating marketing opportunities, and driving events & activations to elevate brand positioning. This role sits within the US PR & Marketing team, supporting the Wolford brand building marketing initiatives and sales driving activations within the Americas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support Head of US Marketing & PR in the execution of events & partnerships
  • Liaise with trade marketing partners to regularly update brand assets & secure promotion of retail events/promotions Research & recommend appropriate trade marketing opportunities
  • Liaise & partner with retail fleet to ideate, develop, secure, & execute retail events & activations Maintain & distribute marketing event calendars
  • Generate, update & distribute event recaps
  • Research industry trends & competitor analysis, generate recommendations for marketing activations & partnerships
  • Coordinate and report on all paid media placements
  • Assist in maintaining the US Marketing & PR budget, actuals & accruals
  • Liaise with finance team to coordinate for vendor setup, timely payment, etc.
  • Serve as main point of contact for vendors & partners within the event/activation scope
  • Support Marketing & PR Team with administrative tasks & larger Communications initiatives

Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree 3+ years relevant experience working for a RTW fashion brand
  • Experience in coordination & execution of events
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, AS400, Lotus Notes, Canva
  • Strong time management skills & ability to work proactively
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills Highly detailed oriented with ability to work within a small team
  • Strong understanding of market trends
