Tapestry will be offering internship opportunities which will provide interns the opportunity to develop critical skillsets and gain hands-on experience at our house of modern luxury lifestyle brands.

The 2023 Internship Program will run from May 30th - August 4th. Paid internship opportunities will be available at each of our brands (Coach, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman) and within our Tapestry functional groups. Our internship compensation rate is $20/hour, and our program is hybrid in structure.

Here's what you can expect from our internship recruitment process:
  • Online Application to be Completed - Deadline January 16th
  • *REQUIRED Video Interview to be Completed - Deadline January 16th
    • As part of the hiring process, you are required to complete and submit a video interview via HireVue by January 16th . Please use the link included here to complete your video interview. If you do not complete a HireVue video interview in conjunction with your application by January 16th, your application will not be considered.
  • Final Interviews - Our teams will be reaching out directly to selected candidates for follow-up phone or video interviews to take place from end of January through end of February. The interviews will be scheduled depending on candidate availability.
  • Internship Offers - The Internship recruitment team will be extending offers mid to late-March.

Job Title: Summer Communications Internship

Primary Purpose: Our Summer Intern will partner with the Communications teams to help create and implement compelling communications campaigns to drive employee engagement internally and position us as a great place to work for prospective candidates externally. From our social channels - such as LinkedIn and Instagram - to our intranet, the Communications Intern will play a key role in helping us develop content and tell our unique company story.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Communications to...
  • Create content for internal and external audiences, including social media posts, blog posts, and graphics/gifs
  • Assist Director, Tapestry Social Media with executing Tapestry social media strategy and maintaining social media editorial calendar
  • Research latest media trends; identify opportunities where Tapestry can join the social conversation
  • Support daily operations of our channels as needed (e.g., email blasts, the Loop intranet, social channels) and assist Communications team members with various projects as needed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • An eye for design, a go-getter attitude, and a knack for organization and process

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Short-form video recording and editing skills
