About the role

Account Manager- Consignment service F/M/D

Join the Consignment team in Europe! The Consignment team offers our VIP customers a white glove selling service: We manage everything from collections, pricing, photography, storage and shipping.

We are looking for an Account Manager, who can work independently, create strong relationships with our clients and drive repeat business. This role will be based in Paris.

What you'll be doing

• Drive new deposits from existing clients
• Build strong relationships with your clients portfolio to increase retention & repeat deposits
• Create and execute reactivation and referral campaigns to boost business
• Optimize clients' catalogs to maximize their sales
• Assist clients with their deposits, schedule and honour appointments, select the most desirable items and advise on price ranges
• Handle clients requests while providing an outstanding level of service
• Support with in-house campaign management to increase sell through rate

Who you are

• +4 years of professional experience in luxury retail industry or personal styling or customer-facing luxury job
• You are a luxury industry expert and you know well fashion history and trends.
• You are used to luxury customer and can anticipate their needs and expectations
• An ability to build networks and referrals very quickly
• You are fluent in English & French. Fluency in German or Italian is a bonus
• Greatness and dedication: a strong will to overachieve your ambitious targets while remaining calm and offering a high level of service and attention to detail
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills
• You're confident with using tools such as G-suite, Salesforce, CRM
• You're able to represent Vestiaire's values and communicate effectively with demanding clients
