We are looking for a Senior Buyer Global eCommerce BOSS Menswear (m/f/d) to strengthen our Merchandise Management Global eCommerce department.

What you can expect:

• Responsible for selecting and buying the BOSS Menswear eCommerce Assortment (for HB.com and market places)
• Ensure aprofitable growth by creating a balanced and demand driven assortment structure
• Live a trustful relationship with all interfaces and workclosely with the planning, DOS buying and brand merchandising teams
• Strivefor continuous improvement of the order process in terms of efficiency, digitalization and future trends
• Constantly identifybusiness opportunities and provides the demand plan from market side to brand merchandising team
• Creating a pre-assortment by briefing the range of needed styles for the eCommerce assortment to ensure profitability, efficiency, requested price / fit architecture
• Work closely with Global digital marketing & Onsite teams to optimise assortment online & strengthen customer experience
  

Your profile:

• Severalyears of experience as a menswear Buyer from a blue chip retailer
• Highly organized and structured with the ability to prioritise successfully
• Numeric, analytical with a hands-on approach and profound knowledge of all relevant retail KPI's
• Team player, resilient, quick learner, used to working in a dynamic & fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Computer proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel), preferably experience using SAP
• Fluent (verbal and written) in English, additional languages are a plus
• High level of motivation & flexibility for fast changing eCommerce environment
