JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Responsibility Associate is expected to assist implementation of social compliance monitoring and initiatives of company, as well as support legal documentation handling and IP protection. This position will contact external parties and suppliers in order to assist vendor onboarding and PLM data update. This person shall also be responsible to assist the team on any CR project launch.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for supplier onboarding process including legal documentation handling, social compliance audit arrangement and PLM data maintenance
  • Communicate with 3rd party audit firms in social compliance audit scheduling and coordination
  • Upload legal documents to supplier & factory set up in PLM and ensure accurate data maintenance and tracking
  • Support Legal Department for legal documents negotiation, intellectual property compliance and anti-counterfeiting matters
  • Occasionally conduct in-house assessment or visit to factories in order to ensure compliance in key suppliers, and performance assurance of service providers
  • Monitor corrective action plan and remediation upon social compliance audit, and assist to develop best practice guidance documents relevant to health & safety, labor documentation maintenance, environmentally friendly practices, worker training, etc.
  • Support Corporate Responsibility related program implementation
  • Provide administrative support to CR Team.
