The Job

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will be key in assisting in the successful delivery of the global marketing campaigns and marketing planning at Zegna.
This will include end to end campaign management; including establishing the briefing and roll out campaign management system - from global launches to coordinating with regions on local launches.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Global Brand Marketing Manager
  • support the implementation of the strategy throughout a global marketing calendar, weekly/monthly follow-up, progress reports
  • Contribute to create projects' document to brief and deliver the strategy across the organization
  • Coordinate the delivery of the global communication and marketing plan to the Markets
  • Support in coordinating local campaigns with the Marktes in terms of calendar and liaising with the Marketing Operations
  • Manage the Campaign reports, integrating key insights from all channels reports
  • Coordinate and drive co-marketing campaigns with third parties in terms of project management, strategy and content creation

Profile:
  • Min 2 years' experience in a similar role for Fashion/Luxury Company
  • Master's Degree in Marketing
  • Excellent organisation and abilities to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player with confidence to take the lead and guide
  • Excellent English and Italian knowledge
  • Key Skills: project management,organization, communication, and agency management.

The Campaign Coordinator will be key in assisting in the successful delivery of the global marketing campaigns at Zegna. The role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as this role is central to ensuring streamlined communication between departments on the various campaign launches - above the line and below the line, between HQ and the markets (with particular focus on China and USA). They will be curious and creative. They are the brand guardian, always ensuring consistency and collaboration across channels. They will lead on the day to day management of global and local campaign activities - calendar, briefs, communication plans, research and planning documentation for strategies. They will ensure a flawless execution of all campaigns. The Campaign Coordinator will actively support and advise stakeholders during project execution and deliver to their needs. They will develop and maintain good relationships with key internal stakeholders and markets.

Key Activities
  • Calendar: Lead global calendar management and process of all campaigns globally to ensure flawless execution of global and local campaigns. They will lead on briefs, research, planning and monitoring roll out for all campaigns. The person will be responsible for maintaining the campaign flow process at Zegna.
  • Markets: Key market liaison on calendar management, campaign coordination and project updates. They will have scheduled meetings with the markets and act as a key liaison also back to HQ on local marketing activities/campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: generate and own briefs, receive and approve requests on briefing and launches from HQ and Regions, run weekly meeting with key stakeholders, be key voice across channel, flag any derail from the guidelines or budget expectations, generate key documents such as the seasonal Marketing Communication decks, own the cascading of the key messages of the campaigns and launches with channels and Regions, ensure consistency cross-channels.
  • Support - Insights and Research: They will support the Head of Brand Marketing and Innovation with research, ideation and planning for upcoming projects and strategy meetings, monitoring competoris and luxe market. They will collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns. They will keep abreast of current trends in marketing.

The Person:
The ideal person for this role will have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, you will be a self-starter, hands-on, obsessed with the details and devour deadlines. You will be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills. You will have an excellent eye for detail with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a can-do positive collaborative attitude. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload and work re-actively and flexibly to the ever-changing environment whilst maintaining an entrepreneurial and proactive approach. You have an ability to capture multichannel considerations for global campaign management and optimization. You will have a keen interest in luxury fashion and will build a robust knowledge of Zegna's marketing and business objectives enabling you to have a strong understanding of the different steps required in stand-out content campaign management. This will include end to end campaign management; including establishing the briefing and roll out campaign management system, to ensure Zegna is creating stories with impact and relevance.
