HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

You will be part of the Customs and Transport team, being responsible of the following tasks:

What you can expect:

• Execution and monitoring of regular analysis and statics within the given timeframe to prevent and optimize Logistics operational impacts in the Shipping Supply Chain;
• Logistics business process management analysis and design of business processes including the definition of roles up to release in the relevant area;
• Advise functional Logistics areas on the principles of the continual improvement process for optimization, in order to facilitate and constantly improve the performance indicators;
• Logistics projects on topics of a process improvement nature, including planning, implementation and maintenance;
• Active as a Key-user for operative enterprise systems and tools.

Your profile:

• Have at least a basic experience in similar role performed in international companies and a informatics or engineering background;
• Have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, SAP and VBA/RPA are a plus;
• Have a project management knowledge and approach;
• Be fluent in English, Italian and German will be a plus;
• Be a team player, proactive, motivated and consistent in daily activities;
• Have strong organizational mindset while working in an agile way.
