JOB PURPOSE

Manage the digital sales operation in partnership with Farfetch and Iguatemi 365 and lead the communication between Burberry and the marketplace. Support stores on Operational processes. Oversee the daily activities at the corporate office and give general support to the corporate team. Work in partnership with the Finance department on the process of accounts payable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the Farfetch and 365 operation, making the stock adjustment on the each business partner platform; process store transfers for digital sales; prepare and ship customer orders; issue NFes on Linx and SAP.
  • Work closely with Farfetch and 365, promoting sales, events and marketing activations.
  • Support stores on day to day activities and with regular trainings on operational processes.
  • Guarantee all monthly Expenses are being processed within the designated timeline; create purchase orders on SAP and process goods receipt and service entry, making sure NFes are posted accordingly.
  • Support the management of 3P facilities services.
  • Support retail and corporate teams on the relationship with vendors and be the point of contact between Burberry and its business partners.
  • Oversee the organization of the corporate office common areas and manage office supplies.
