Director-Store Head

General Purpose ：

To take full responsibility for ensuring smooth boutique operations by giving directions and guidance related to boutique management to the staff on the basis of TJ's business strategies.

Key Accountabilities ：

To achieve sales target - To attain sales target relative to the sales budget by giving proper instructions to the staff and thereby enhancing the staff's motivation to increase sales. To prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual reports by section/individual. To work out and implement sales promotion plans to attain the sales target in cooperation with Head Office's related departments.(40%)

Develop and give direction to the staff - To make the staff understand TJ's strategies, vision of the future and code of ethics. To coach the staff in faculty development through performance management. To secure and retain capable people.(30%)

Operation management - To take responsibility for all boutique operations (TJ operation, merchandise management, sales management, cost management, security management, etc.) and thereby realize effective and efficient boutique management.(20%)

Developing new customers and customer management - To build relationships of trust with customers and thereby enlarge selling opportunities. To win new customers and at the same time strengthen business relations with existing customers through sales promotion events, etc. To try hard to enhance Tiffany's corporate image in the region.(10%)

Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements ：

* 3 to 5 years of experience in boutique operations

* Knowledge of the following aspects of store management

* Personnel affairs (including education and performance management)

* Management through figures

* Knowledge of merchandise

* Merchandise management

* Knowledge of retail store business/department store business

* Ability to negotiate with outside organizations (especially department stores)

Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:

* Computer literacy/English proficiency required to carry out operations smoothly
