Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job

Assisting the Head Office of the Representative Office of PVH Far East Limited in Ho Chi Minh City (the "Representative Office") with the following:

Supporting in arranging meetings with PVH business partners in Vietnam to ensure on-time delivery and right quality of the products.
Coordinate with Tech to move style to Production readiness.

Conduct Pre Production meeting together with PVH and factory personnel relating to sample and arrangement for bulk manufacturing.

Deliver KPI's - On time delivery in the right quality to keep Vendor delays to less than 3%

VMS WIP / PO tracking and management - Drive 100% adoption of VMS WIP metrics

Vendor relationship maintenance by regular Production review calls
Factory visits to review production status/quality

Review quarterly Production plan and calibrate against capacity allocation
Anticipate and proactively work with the factory on potential production delays

Support Traceability and Sustainability initiatives to meet the Head Office's objectives

Perform duties within the Representative Office's permitted activities and other assignments as allocated by the Representative Office from time to time

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Advanced knowledge & skills - typically 8-15 years of related experience

Education: Bachelor Degree Required

Knowledge/Skills Required:

Ability to establish effective working relationships with the business and technical communities
Strong analytical and problems solving abilities
Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with the global business teams
Project management
Excellent command of written and spoken English, which will ensure clear and efficient communication internally and externally

Literate in Microsoft Office
