YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Logistic Accountant Specialist you will be part of our team, managing inbound and/or outbound logistics of luxury goods. You will be part of a team in charge for management of purchase invoice and invoice to customer. Collaboration with warehouse staff and freight forwarders is a key task of your role.
You are a good team player with a attention to details, willing to growth in a dynamic environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares and issues customer invoices and relevant custom documentation.
• Works closely with warehouse and custom departments.
• Matches invoices and purchase orders.
• Verifies payment status with carriers.
• Processes invoices to ensure information is current and up-to-date.
• Prepare and assemble shipment documentation, including invoice and any documentation in accordance to destination and type of products.
• Monitor shipment cost.
• Interact with Customer Service to provide the maximum reliable order confirmation and alert for each delay during execution.
• Data Analysis and reporting activities.

PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Accountancy and financial knowledge.
• Knowledge of accounting terms and techniques.
• Knowledge of sales terms and conditions.
• Excellent English and Italian.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of IBM AS400 or SAP as a plus.
• Problem solving and focus on results.
• Ability to interact with business functions and customers.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.

WHO YOU ARE
For this role, we're looking for someone with:

• High school diploma or University degree;
• 2+ years experience in in shipping, logistic, transport management;
• Excellent English and Italian;
