  • Instituting protocols for the use of IT acrossdepartments andprojects
  • Providing advice on the most suitable IT choices
  • Providing technical support or training for systems and networks
  • Support to the end user providing the best solution on the matrix of the company
  • Help to lead project execution NSO and peripheral systems connection to the third parties
  • Deploy out solution
  • Training and help teams in the company to the developing technologies cross brands
  • Build up and maintain the inventory of all purchases and upcoming IT suppliers
  • Work with the technical part in the procurement side
  • Handle Service Desk tools and follow up tickets and granted the solution
  • Capable to understand the company compliance and following the procedures
  • Act as link between end users and higher-level support
  • Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
  • Monitor system and network performance
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration
  • Performance maintenance and related activities (e.g. backups)
  • License Control and Servers Upgrades
  • Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
  • Opening Stores / Renovation

  • Graduated Computer Science / Mathematics / System Analysis or correlated areas
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience in this position
  • English and Spanish Fluent
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • SAP integration
  • Acknowledgment / Certification on
    • ITBM / Service Now
    • PMI Methodologies Certification
    • Retail Pro System
    • LINX Retail POS System
    • ERP / Linx ERP
    • JDA/ xStore Systems
