An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Marketing Team to raise brand awareness in Russell & Bromley as a leader in luxury fashion, bringing the exceptional to the everyday.

With a focus on growth, you work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to help to drive brand awareness whilst delivering on commercial objectives. With aggressive growth targets, the role will support storytelling and tactical marketing, as well as wider brand including store support and offline events. This role will be based in the Russell & Bromley Head Office based in Bromley. Hybrid working arrangements are available at the Company's discretion.


  • To co-ordinate and help drive customer acquisition programmes across PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliate, and other media as required, helping to maximise campaign ROI.
  • Playing an integral role in the ownership, development, and execution of channel strategies to support in the delivery of overall gross sales contribution.
  • Management of the day-to-day account with our paid agency, overseeing activity paid social and SEO including weekly/monthly campaign schedules.
  • Management of the day-to-day account with our affiliate agency, liaising with account manager and validating sales for affiliates.
  • Provide the Creative Team with detailed briefs around the required digital assets to ensure campaigns are successful.
  • Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and manage an on-going test plan across PPC (including feed management).
  • Work with the Retail team to manage our online presence for the stores across Google/Facebook, through Google my business & Bing.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting against core KPIs
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing, marketing, editorial and trade teams to align calendars, campaigns, content and product priorities.
  • Keyword research using SEMRush and Google in order to compile weekly trend report, and reporting back to the business on Trends identified during keyword research.
  • Nurture direct relationships with key affiliates to maximise commercial and brand opportunities 
  • Monitor trend, industry and competitor landscape.
  • Following the Company IT & Use of Social Media Policy.

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills – you must be able to work with key stakeholders collaboratively and professionally both internally and externally
  • Exceptional teamwork skills – this role requires you to collaborate with multiple teams across the organisation
  • Google Ads and Analytics certification is a bonus
  • Experience working with Paid Search Ad platforms and Google shopping feed optimisation
  • Ability to manage media spends
  • Experience working with Rakuten or AWIN Affiliate Marketing platforms
  • Proficient in MS applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong ability to analyse campaign performance across key KPIs
  • Educated to degree level 2:1 in Marketing or business subject, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
