Tiffany & Company is seeking a Specialist, Artwork Operations & Logistics within the Global Store & Brand Experience team. This role will be responsible for managing the overall operations and logistics of Tiffany & Company's artwork program for display globally in retail store locations, offices, exhibitions, pop ups, etc. This person will work as a key contact for all artwork movements between galleries, storage locations, and stores, to build and curate an exceptional luxury client experience.

The hiring range for this position ranges $65,450 - $88,550 annually . The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage overall operations & logistics of Tiffany & Co's artwork program
- Serve as the primary contact for all artwork movements (to and from galleries/artist studios/storage locations/company locations)
- Manage the insurance process for each piece of global artwork; complete and file insurance claims, and track insurance coverage periods to ensure each piece of art is fully ensured without any gaps in coverage
- Align with customs and logistics teams to ensure all pieces have required certifications and paperwork needed to be delivered to their final destination
- Partner with local/regional teams across the store network
- Partner with gallery contacts on logistics for artwork being transported and serve as the mediator between the shipping gallery and receiving location
- Manage the artwork display process; partner with the receiving location and local art handlers in each market to ensure pieces are properly displayed after arrival
- Work with CVM Logistics team to execute and oversee the movement of goods
- Work with contacts in central Procurement to create a Statement of Work for each piece of artwork
- Partner with finance teams on Purchase orders, invoicing, and artist payments
- Build and maintain relationships with art vendors to best understand property requirements, sales volumes and issue resolutions
- Responsible for managing the overall artwork database
- Log current locations, purchase prices, materials, dimensions, key display information
- Share information with internal control partner to ensure all pieces are insured
- Monitor the progress of shipments, working with vendors to troubleshoot and rectify problems in a timely manner and ensuring that interested parties are apprised of the status of the shipment
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of experience in Logistics (ideally with international exposure and luxury goods)
- Experience in shipping high value property
- Comprehensive knowledge of customs and compliance procedures
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Expert knowledge in logistics
- 3+ years of experience working at a luxury art gallery or art institution
