In your role you will:
- Working closely with the Omni team day-to-day
- Proactively partner with our local distribution center
- Deliver an uncompromising luxurious experience, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor Stock adjustment, open orders & borrowed merchandise
- Support post purchase client services
Perfect Fit?
- Be a Blue Box Enthusiast with passion for customer service and sales
- 2-3 years of experience in retail, customer service or distribution role and working toward targets and KPIs
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to be innovative and think outside of the box
- Agility with an entrepreneurial spirit, finding new approaches and solutions to the challenges of this role
