Sales Manager

  • The right candidate will be responsible for area account management
  • Building strong relationships with existing and potential wholesale partners to achieve sales budget targets
  • Supporting global wholesale sales planning and strategy
  • Managing preparations for seasonal sales campaigns in London and Paris
  • Conducting regular store visits, product knowledge and visual merchandising trainings
  • Monitoring sales performance, sell-through analyses, providing quantitative and qualitative feedback to support with budget forecasting and range plan development; evaluating commercial strategies based on results for optimising sales performance
  • Supporting with other ad hoc sales department tasks
  • Being the ambassador of Simone Rocha brand
  • The role is full-time and based in our London studio
  • The role is reporting to the Head of Sales


  • 3-5 years of fashion wholesale experience in international luxury markets
  • Extensive knowledge in NAM and European markets, ability to identify partnership and growth opportunities while maintaining consistent brand positioning
  • Experience driving sales across all categories in womenswear and menswear
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel, proficiency in Zedonk, Joor, MS Office
  • Excellent command in English, additional language preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious with entrepreneurial approach
