About the role

The CRM Engagement & Conversion team is looking for a CRM Project Coordinator,

who will drive and execu te optimal user flow to im prove the performances of Vestiaire Collective and optimize key company KPIs. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to understand business requirements and processes, and translate these into innovative and impactful campaigns (mostly related to commercial animation and conversion funnel triggers).

What you'll be doing

• Build strong recommendations & cross channels communication actions plans
• Responsible for development and execution of new global campaign initiatives to increase our key KPIs in close collaboration with tool experts and data team
• Project management : Ensure coordination with central and local teams to ensure campaigns implementation and launch in a timely manner
  (campaigns targeting, design & copywriting briefs, campaigns settings in tool, monitoring...)
• Support in analyzing the campaign performance: weekly & monthly reporting, follow-ups, deep-dives on different topics
• Define AB Test plan and optimize results according to defined objectives
• Perform market research, benchmark, track local and global trends and competitors' activities
• Participate in transversal CRM projects

Who you are

• Master's level degree
• 2+ years in CRM focused role
• Experience working with a marketing automation tool, managing multi channel campaigns (Braze is a plus)
• Project management skills: ability to manage several projects at the same time & in tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Strong analytical skills: excellent Excel knowledge. Tableau / SQL / Google Analytics a plus
• Proactive, rigorous, structured and details oriented
• Interest in e-commerce and fashion luxury, a good knowledge of the pre-loved industry and its key players is a strong plus
• HTML basic knowledge is a strong plus
• Fluent in French & English (written / spoke)
