Job Details

The Benefits Analyst - Health & Wellbeing Plans will report to the Manager of Global Wellbeing Plans and serve in a cross functional role between U.S. and Global Wellbeing plans to support strategy and administration of PVH's wellbeing programs. Plans and programs include but are not limited to healthcare plans, condition management and lifestyle support programs, wellbeing platforms, DEI related initiatives and offerings, EAP, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop programs supported by PVH's global wellbeing providers.
  • Develop understanding of regional/location trends to identify initiatives to maximize impact of wellbeing and benefit programs globally.
  • Analyze utilization and data from health plan data warehouses and vendor repositories to extract reports to measure and correlate data between wellbeing and health plans to develop insights regarding plan performance and trends
  • Familiarity with U.S. health and prescription drug plans to interpret data accurately
  • Support strategic recommendations by collecting market trend data and surveys and providing written insights to management
  • Primary support of day-to-day administration of PVH's wellbeing platform, ability to manage vendors and trouble shoot on technical issues as it relates to eligibility, invoicing, reporting, inquiries regarding incentives and rewards
  • Supports communications strategy by developing and launching wellbeing bulletins, ensuring the Total Rewards Portal and associate and company related documents are up to date and accurate
  • Maintains communications calendar and collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure approvals and obtained and campaigns are launched timely
  • Partners with global stakeholders for strategy initiatives, communications, and data analytics
  • Supports on planning and launch of annual benefits fairs and vaccine programs
  • Supports renewal process of wellbeing plans
  • Participates in RFP process including responding to RFP data requests, reporting documentation and assists with disseminating and analyzing RFP results
  • Actively participates in the design and testing of benefit plans in Workday, Total Rewards and wellbeing platforms
  • Prepares monthly invoices and reconciliations. Gathers data and reporting for monthly budget reports.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and shares recommendations with Manager
  • Provide project management support on special projects as needed such as projects related to health and wellbeing including onsite health clinic implementation, support with wellbeing champion rollout


Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in health and welfare and wellbeing space


Educations:
  • Bachelor's Degree


Skills:
  • Ability to support global wellbeing strategy as it relates to physical, emotional and financial wellbeing programs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working with Wellbeing Programs and Platforms
  • Flexibility, able to adapt to change in work and priorities
  • Ability to effectively analyze data and provide relevant observations and recommendations
  • Manage and participate in special projects as required
  • Strong analytical and math skills, ability to apply problem solving and logical reasoning skills to assigned tasks
  • Must be able to function as a team member and work independently to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, flexible and creative
  • Strong technical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare summaries in PowerPoint format to present to management
