This is a 2-fold role for an agile position: on one side he/she reports to the Retail business and Training development Manager to help develop suitable trainings, communicate efficiently with Sales Professionals, organizing training events and seminars (80%), on the other side he/she will assist the Fine-watches Executive Management in the organization of meetings and travels (20%).

Key Accountabilities:

Creation, improvement and roll-out of Retail Trainings for watches
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Strategic plan built to re-enchant the Tiffany Horlogerie Culture among the Retail teams
  • Identify and monitor training needs in the organization
  • Review and update existing training tools and ensure they are rolled-out to all the networks.
  • Design and deploy effective training modules, contents and tools that are engaging and efficient aiming at reinforcing and developing the knowledge and skills for the Tiffany & Co. Fine-watches in relation with central and local needs and strategy

    • intranet
    • in-store toolkits and activities…
  • Animate our Learning app for in-store sales teams
  • Liaise with Training agencies and with the Global L&D team in NY,
  • Ensure the follow up on the Training database, global and regional action plan

Training Events
  • Organization of Train-the-trainer seminars
  • Organization of Watch Ambassadors campus

Travel and Executive meetings organization

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-to-5-year experience in experience in conception and deployment of training tools
  • Higher Education
  • Successful experience in blended learning and digital program development
  • Good knowledge of LMS
  • Watchmaking knowledge
  • Excellent communication aptitude, proactive, open-minded
  • Ability to analyze and react quickly, efficiently and in a flexible way
  • Work in team with peers and other departments
  • Mastery of written and spoken English, in addition to French
  • Excellent knowledge of Pack Office & digital tools
