We are a London-based sustainable fine jewellery brand creating timeless pieces with lab-grown diamonds and recycled metals. Ethical production and honest social responsibility are the foundations on which we built the brand. We are primarily an e-commerce brand, and are also stocked in Selfridges. 

As our Sales & Marketing manager, you will play a key role in growing the business through sales opportunities and lead on marketing activations to drive brand awareness. 

Hybrid work arrangement - 3 days in our North London office. This role reports into the Founder & CEO.

Marketing & Events, Popups

  • Lead on the Marketing Calendar. Work with different stakeholders to ensure brand messaging is consistent across different channels: Creative, Ecomm.
  • Drive brand partnerships to increase brand awareness and audience  e.g. social and email giveaways, creative mailers, etc
  • Conceptualise innovative ideas for marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition, and see through implementation of initiatives
  • Manage and execute physical experiences (events, pop-ups), work with various stakeholders on visual merchandising, staffing

Sales & Business Partnerships

  • Identify and approach sales opportunities in target markets (wholesale, business partnerships, brand partnerships with clubs, hotels, personal shoppers, rental platforms etc)
  • Management of sales accounts, responsible for building strong relationships with them
  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products to sales partners



  • 5+ years marketing experience in an omni-channel brand with a strong brand identity
  • Deep knowledge of effective channels and strategies to build brand awareness and community
  • Experience in physical retail and events 
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strategic mind-set
  • Proactive attitude and drive to constantly improve the business and best practice to achieve goals
  • Experience with sales or business development areas preferred
