Job Details

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage social communities in order to develop the attractiveness of The Claw brand and relations with audiences – collaborators, models, prospects, partners, customers…,
  • Engage with community values: culture, social and language codes...
  • Define key indicators allowing speech development and the life of the communities
  • Plan and monitor online member recruitment actions (partnerships, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Make existing members a relay of information within the community according to the highlights agency operations and activities, especially during fashion weeks,
  • Monitor and analyze indicators of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of individuals and the community as a whole.
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Developing PR strategies and campaigns
  • Preparing press releases, keynote speeches and promotional materials
  • Building positive meaningful relationships with stakeholders, media and the public

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • BA degree in marketing, communication or journalism schools 
  • Previous successful  experience in a digital communication agency or with advertisers
  • Knowledge of the environment of the fashion industry and modeling (language, "social" codes, jargon...), the key players (influential personalities, well known bloggers...)
  • Experience in posting and reposting in most important communication  networks: professional or non-professional social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn ...),
  • Experience in monitoring and performance monitoring tools, audience measurement tools and/or statistics to monitor brand awareness on different media
  • Good understanding of visual sense and aesthetics with a real passion for the world of fashion and a particular attention to detail
  • Understanding image culture, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and initiative, autonomy and curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work as a team within a growing multicultural agency
  • Responsiveness, excellent organizational and adaptive skills
  • Fluent French and English required, Italian is an advantage
