Role Overview

LIKELY is currently looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in our NYC headquarters. You will be responsible for helping maintain and strengthen relationships in assigned target accounts.

What You'll Do:

• Support Sales managers from start to finish, including processing orders, tracking orders, and ensuring on-time deliveries
• Create and manage ATS and inventory reports
• Maintain linesheets
• Support Sales Managers with market week and store visits
• Track and manage sales samples
• Maintain showroom
• Create weekly sales reports for Sales Managers 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-1 years' wholesale apparel sales experience, internships included
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills 
• A multi-tasker, proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team with a can-do and follow- through attitude 
• Work well in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong organizational skills  

MUST be able to work on site 5 days a week in Manhattan
