Bax Group is seeking a Communication Manager to take responsibility of the positioning, brand image, narrative and messaging of all Bax products with a prevalent but not exclusive focus on digital channels. The main objective of the role is defining a clear and sustainable brand identity, developing key messages and implement effective communication strategies across all physical, digital and phygital channels.

- Define clear lines of communication, consistent with the positioning of each brand. Develop a strong corporate identity for Bax Group Ideate, coordinate and develop Brand Books for all Bax products and company presentations. Coordinate with marketing and branding teams on all branding activities in order to guarantee a communication style consistent with the strategic style and the target audience of BAX Group. Propose, plan and implement initiatives that drive brand visibility and reputation across all channels with a specific focus on digital media and Metaverse. Manage the creative team to ideate and produce graphic assets and content (videos, banners, newsletters, etc.) to be used on-site and on-line. Coordinate the execution of product/event/sponsorships projects and other initiatives. Develop and execute a strong editorial plan in coordination with the marketing plan. Work in partnership with all teams to ensure consistency and guarantee a full activities coordination to meet the company goals. Monitor and report competitor activity and relevant industry trends.
- Minimum of 5 years as Communication Manager within the luxury/apparel industry; BSc in Marketing, Communication or relevant field; Strong expertise in brand building and brand management in the digital world.
- Creative and strategic thinking; Proven ability to manage and develop staff; Strong presentation skills; High level of integrity; Fluency in English German, Italian and French
