HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

As part of the Footwear Design team, we are searching for an open minded and innovative candidate that will enhance 3D footwear delivery being responsible of the following tasks

What you can expect:

• Take part to collection creation and development steps and work closely to design team so to boost 3D culture and deliveries;
• Guarantee the translation of new design concepts of cross products category (Dress, informal and mainly sneakers) into reality using 3D tools;
• Play on existing models so to update them by 3D if needed;
• Being able to develop and realize in 3D also hardware and small accessories as well as footwear outsoles;
• Support presentation and digital catalog delivery;
• Contribute to continuous innovation in digitalization of design processes and new tool introduction;
• Take active part into virtualization team cross projects and activities.

Your profile:

• Have experience in similar role and good knowledge in digital product creation for Footwear;
• Highly skilled in one or several industry standard digital fashion software specifically Rhinoceros and Blender ; ICAD 3D will be a plus;
• Have a professional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Be a team player, proactive, motivated and consistent in daily activities;
• Be able to communicate cross functionally in an effective and goal oriented way.
• Have strong organizational mindset while working in an agile way.
