In a context of accelerated growth, we are looking to elevate and innovate the Sale Planning processes for the EMEA region, and she/he will be a key player to develop a best in class forecast management and with a business.

The distribution planner will be a key player to develop a best-in-class stock management and store's replenishment. This role will contribute to develop the regional accountability in regard to retail inventory optimization and will be a key partner to develop stock strategies to elevate the client experience in stores by proactively having the stock at the right place and at the right time .

The distribution planner EMEA is part of the regional business partnering team for EMA in the Tiffany global supply chain organization. This role requires the deft combination of both business and technical knowledge to meet the wider Tiffany business goal of becoming the next generation luxury jeweller. Together with the Director, she/he will build the regional distribution planning role and tools to support the growth and the ambition of the region composed by:
  • 14 countries
  • 50+ retail stores
  • Multiple corporate offices
  • 1 regional warehouse & 2 ecom fulfilment center

The sales planner EMEA assists the EMEA supply chain Director driving the business partnering with:
  • EMEA supply chain & logistic team members
  • EMEA merchandising team
  • Central supply chain
  • Finance team

She/He makes decisions with imperfect information, believes strongly in the concept of Continuous Improvement, is willing to roll up sleeves to unblock issues, and critically, will use the experience to improve the bad process that led to such blockages in the first place.
Key Accountabilities:
Day-to-Day Supply Chain retail (50%) - Actively manage stores stock level using the most modern tools to support retail on their performances.

Current highlights of this accountability include:
  • monitoring of permanent products availability in stores and taking correction action to assure to have smooth replenishment for stores
  • Manage seasonality's and prepare with right anticipation the stock holiday build
  • constantly analyse the local transfers to minimize them
  • partnering with central distribution team to insure a correct products availability in EMEA Rdc
  • being involve in new store opening to be prepare the stock to implement the boutiques
  • manage the EOL of old collection minimizing depreciation
  • collaborate with E.com team and support their activities

Coordination with Logistic & transportation (30%) - Actively partner with Logistic and transportation team to improve warehousing performances, reducing lead times and costs.

  • forecast volumes for RDC
  • estimated volumes for transportation
  • challenge constantly LT improvements
  • coordinate new store opening

Projects and process improvements (10%) - supporting the Director always dedicating time to improve process and systems:
  • develop new reporting tools to better monitor the situation
  • contributing to develop the Anaplan tools
  • being involved in new projects
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of supply chain experience in multi-country environment.
  • Engineer or Business Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in working on projects with tight timelines, without daily supervision
  • Excellent IT skills, on excel, Power BI and Anaplan
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and make decisions based on best available info
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in working across cultures and pre-empting "lost-in-translation" situations
