INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE ASSISTANT

 

About the role:

 

SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the future of underwear, shapewear, and loungewear. We are a multi-channel business reaching customers around the globe.

We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creativity. We are looking for an International Wholesale Assistant to join us in building the next generation of intimates, shapewear, swim, and other categories.

 

The International Wholesale Assistant will be part of the team responsible for implementing the Distribution Channel Growth Strategy outside of the US, working with the Director of International Sales on managing key partners in EMEA and APAC.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·        Build effective relationships and participate in day-to-day communication with all our international partners.

·        Participate in regular business meetings with internal stakeholders; compile feedback from partners to provide insights to the broader team.

·        Liaise closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders on collections review, delivery windows, production, and payments to ensure timely receipts and support business potential.

·        Streamline and continuously improve tools and operational processes for international accounts.

·        Collaborate with all business functions to organize pre-market, market, and post-market activities.

·        Support the brand's presentation, brand training, and getting involved in seasonal activations, international pop-ups, and offline activations.

·        Work closely with the Director of International Sales on ad-hoc projects.

 

 

 

Experience and skills:

 

·        Must have +2 years of experience in Wholesale, Brand Management, and Sales.

·        Must be able to travel between 10% and 15% of the time.

·        Marketing understanding and, ideally, merchandising knowledge.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.

·        Strong organizational and project management skills, a structured approach, and a can-do attitude.

·        Attention to detail and ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously.

·        Service-related focus with the ability to place yourself in the position of the partner and customer to understand their concerns and needs.

·        Additional languages are advantageous.

·        Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
