About the role:

We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creativity, and we are looking for an International Wholesale Planner to join us in building the next generation of intimates, shapewear, swim, and other categories.

 

The International Wholesale Planner will be part of the team responsible for implementing the Distribution Channel Growth Strategy outside of the US, working with the Director of International Sales on managing business plans and stock planning of crucial partners in EMEA and APAC regions.

 

There will be cross-departmental work to optimize and unlock the potential of the international business and account management effort to ensure monthly and quarterly orders and deliveries.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·        Build, review and own the sales forecast for the international wholesale accounts, reviewing it monthly for CORE collections and quarterly for SEASONAL collections.

·        Follow up on the business trends and run different analyses by franchise/product lines/countries to help improve quarterly forecast accuracy and anticipate trends as much as possible.

·        Prepare and facilitate information to the Sales team about the stock available for the international business and maximize ROI.

·        Build partnership with Merchandising team during the market periods for each collection and with Productions and Operations to follow the delivery of goods in the warehouse.

·        Coordinate with the Planning team based in HQ (Los Angeles) on new product launch strategies (E-Commerce & Wholesale)

·        Work on different planning projects to improve efficiency and visibility.

·        Participate in meetings with international accounts to analyze their stock levels and develop recommendations and forecasts.

 

 

 

Experience and skills:

 

·        Must have +3 years of experience in Planning in the Fashion Industry.

·        Attention to detail and ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

·        Team player.

·        Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.

·        Analytical skills and sensitivity to numbers.

·        Knowledge of NETSUITE will be a valuable advantage.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and advanced in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
