haebmau.ATELIER is looking to fill a vacancy in Berlin for a Manager Global Sales (m/f/x) in Beauty
    
You are a sales expert with organizing skills who already built a great wholesale network in contemporary beauty & skincare and have experience in the retail landscape, ideally on a global level.  Additionally, you are enthusiastic about the latest beauty and lifestyle trends and convince with clear communication and presentation skills paired with confident negotiation abilities. Then you already have a leg up on other applicants. We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently, and any other language is highly appreciated.

What are your responsibilities

• Independently responsible for area & account management 
• Building up a strong relationship and strategic partnerships with key luxury wholesale customers
• Maximize the distribution potential through understanding the markets, clients, and opportunities in each area
• Sales campaign management
• Showroom organization
• Brand management 
• Customer acquisition and business trips to strengthen customer relationships 
• Further establish beauty portfolio within haebmau.ATELIER

 
What we expect

• Passion for sales, negotiation skills & enthusiasm for contemporary beauty & skincare
• Established network of relevant industry contacts
• 3 years professional work experience in sales within the beauty industry 
• Great sense of Beauty consumer trends, markets and product knowledge 
• Professional experience or completion of a relevant degree / comparable training program
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working 
• High willingness to travel, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure 
• MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
