PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: Over 10 years Quality process, Quality Management system/ Lean or Manufacturing excellence, Industrial Engineering or manufacturing experience
Education: Apparel/Textiles or Engineering related qualification
Good command of reading, writing and speaking English and local language and have a good awareness of regional culture and language.
- Lead and work on QA Process Projects in region as required.
- Work on improvement action plans with the QA leads across in regions.
- Coordination with regional QA product teams as required.
- Coordinate on QA Focus areas, and follow up on progress.
- Document Kaizen ideas and monitor Value add v NVA. Share best practices that drive value add and efficiency.
- Ensure that the PVH Global QA process is audited in region / vendor from Risk assessment through to final quality inspection in line with KYB (Know your business) and report and escalate exceptions for improvement.
- Traffic Light systems - investigate and audit Vendor / factory TLS systems in line with AQL 1.0 at end of line
- Carry out vendor process evaluations as required and CAP Auditing as required.
- Conduct Project ZD Audits & evaluations and QA Process auditing as required.
- Ensure RFT culture is followed in all areas.
- Identify areas for Quality continuous improvements
- Collaborate with MQA product on key global / regional initiatives and ensure any changes are followed through.
- Keep eyes and ears open during factory visits for market intelligence i.e. potential problems, new products and customers' of which may affect factory capabilities / capacities.
- Identifying bottleneck/roadblocks in the roadmap of Project zero defect in factories and develop/ evaluate options and work with vendor/factory to implement solutions/ mitigations.
- Lead and implement special projects as required.
- Build Industrial engineering awareness and support in conducting training within the team to improve their capabilities
- RCA - Regular Root cause analysis training to QA and Vendor process teams.
- Engage & Deliver training on topics of 7 QC & Project management tools to regional QA Process auditors, supplier/factory and project teams to strengthen their capabilities.
- Drive digitalization initiatives within the scope of Project Zero Defect across suppliers/factories.
