Operations Coordinator

Olivia von Halle is looking for a logical, calm, organised problem solver to be our Operations Coordinator. They will coordinate all aspects of our stock flow, liaising with couriers, third party warehousing and stores to ensure the smooth management of inventory.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work alongside all relevant members of the team to ensure stock is in the right place at the right

  time.

• Work alongside the Sales Coordinator to ensure all wholesale orders, RTVs, swaps, cancellations and replenishment orders are fulfilled efficiently.

• Work alongside the Head of Customer Experience to process orders and returns placed on the brand's e-commerce site.

• Liaise closely with the warehouse to ensure smooth and seamless operations.

• Regularly organise stock checks with the warehouse team.

• Prepare shipping documents and arrange shipments with couriers.

• Arrange stock transfers between warehouses and stores.

• Problem solve any issues that arise in relation to inventory storage or movement.

• Manage all communications with the warehouse

• Ensure warehouse processes are working efficiently and suggest improvements when appropriate

• Order warehouse consumables

• Assist the COO with any operational tasks that may arise.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A motivated and ambitious self-starter educated to degree level or equivalent.

• A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role

• Good communication, organizational and problem solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proactively manages workload.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible, can-do attitude.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
