Sales Coordinator

Olivia von Halle is looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Coordinator. This role will play a pivotal part in the day-to day management of our wholesale accounts and coordinate our seasonal showrooms. You will act as a key brand ambassador building strong relationships with our stockists and supporting with sales initiatives to drive sell through and develop the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand in sales appointments with wholesale customers.

  • Support in the management of our seasonal showrooms, from creating digital tool kits to assisting with buying appointments.

  • Visit our store and stockists to conduct product training and ensure VM standards are met and adhered to, ensuring the brand is understood by the client. You will be a key brand ambassador for the business.

  • Manage all wholesale after sales queries and build strong relationships with our wholesale partners.

  • Support the Commercial Director in the planning, strategy and operations of our store and global

    wholesale accounts.

  • Manage all order entry from showroom data, order confirmation, product information and assortment optimisation.

  • Communicate clearly with all relevant parties when dealing with order shipments, RTVs, swaps, cancellations and replenishment orders to ensure efficient fulfilment.

  • Monitor sales performance and sell-through analyses, providing quantitative and qualitative feedback and insights to support the wider business with both budget forecasting as well as range plan development.

  • Work cross functionally internally with finance, operations, customer service, marketing and other teams to ensure wholesale customers have a full 360 support to drive their business.

  • Send wholesale invoices to relevant parties and work with finance to monitor payments and fulfillment.

  • Maintain all customer data files as well as monitor changes in the market across both new and existing account to ensure that Olivia von Halle continues to be present in the most prestigious wholesale accounts globally.

  • Support with other ad hoc tasks as required by the Commercial director.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A motivated and ambitious self-starter educated to degree level or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role with good knowledge of the North American and European luxury markets.

  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible, can-do attitude.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Knowledge of Joor, Nuorder and Brightpearl would be an advantage

  • Additional languages, European or other, would be an advantage.
