Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Campaign & CRM coordinator to join the team in Hong Kong.

About the role

Do you have a passion for understanding & connecting with customers? Are you creative yet analytical, and excited about translating innovative ideas into campaigns based on data-driven insights? Reporting to the Head of Campaign & CRM APAC, the Campaign & CRM Coordinator is responsible for the execution of the region's Onsite & CRM initiatives based on data and trends to drive the rapid growth of Asia markets.

What you'll be doing
  • Support in planning of campaigns that connect and grow the Vestiaire Collective community and drive business performance
  • Maintenance of Onsite content and execution of CRM communications to drive discovery, engagement, and retention
  • Cross-team coordination with Global teams (Creative, Content, CRM, Supply, Product) and Regional teams (Marketing, C2C, B2C) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of campaigns from brief to launch
  • Support in campaign performance analysis through weekly & monthly reporting to identify trends and insights to improve onsite & CRM customer experience
  • Perform market research and competitor benchmarking to make informed campaign-planning decisions
  • Act as APAC functional Center of Excellence in Content Management System (CMS) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with sharing of established best practices

Who you are
  • Bachelor degree or Master's degree in Digital Marketing related disciplines, with minimum 1 year working experience
  • Previous CMS and/or CRM experience a Plus
  • Pro-active, highly motivated, detail oriented and process driven individual with excellent numerical and communication skills
  • Curious and passionate about Customer Experience & Marketing
  • Team player but also a self-starter
  • Good Excel knowledge, SQL knowledge a plus
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese
