Design and Development Associate

We are looking for a Design and Development Associate located in Istanbul.

Main responsibilities will be as follows:

-Strong proficiency in Photoshop ,Adobe ,PP and Illustrator

-Must be up-to-date with graphic trends

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

-Hand-drawing capabilities for shoes and bags is a major plus

-Prepare inspirations and research documents

-Prepare Trend Analysis

- Prepare Collection Planning

-Order All Materials for collection sampling

-Prepare Trim Spec Sheets+ Accessory and Embroidery Specs +Shoe & Bag Specs

-Prepare Accessory Pricing and handover to production department.

-Prepare Bags and Shoes Product Spec sheet

-Prepare Shoes and bags pricing and handover to production department.

-Prepare and follow samples at each facility by visiting them.

-Prepare style developments

-Prepare construction developments

-Organize and follow up sample stages starting from the material management together with the factories and work in cooperation with the related team members at headquarter.

-Prepare calze prova and risk assessment meetings with the factories.
