Sales Assistant - Paris - H/F

We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our point of sales at Le Bon Marché in the 7th district of Paris.

Under the responsibility of the Department Store Manager, your main missions would be (non-exhaustive list) :

1. Customer Relations:

Responsible of the presentation of the brand universe and its collections.

Personalized reception and customer support.

Participation in the development and achievement of objectives.

Customer recruitment and retention.

Development and management of customer files and customer relations.

Strengthen the customer experience and create training tools for advice/product/brand.

Organization of events with customers at the point of sale.

2. Management:

Responsible of the point of sale and implantation of the collections.

Reports and analyses of business performance, targets and indicators.

Management and optimization of goods and their storage.

Cash handling and support to the sales administration.

Management of operations related to the activity (telephone reception, bank, dry cleaning).

Competitive intelligence.
