The IT Solutions Architect - Digital Commerce will be responsible for designing sophisticated solutions, leading partners to develop, and implementing technology solutions to support the company's digital strategy and business objectives. The Solutions Architect will work closely with the Digital team and third parties to deliver high quality and scalable solutions, including new platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) for global eCommerce and Magento for China as well as improvements to .net with AEM, our current platform.
Tiffany is currently going through a full-stack eCommerce re-platform and will subsequently work to unlock further value from the platform through the expansion of channels, markets, and the introduction of new capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Own the technical design and architecture of digital projects, ensuring that they align with business goals and are modern, cloud-first, scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Digital team and those more junior, including training and transition to support as needed.
Formulate roadmaps and strategies for groups of technologies, socialize them and bring the wider organization along on the journey of implementation, deployment, and adoption.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables, and provide technical guidance and leadership.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with our Enterprise Architects, internal teams, and third-party partners for our digital platforms to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Work with the security and data privacy teams to ensure compliance with data security and privacy mandates for trading sites.
Evaluate new technologies and platforms to find opportunities for improvement and innovation while placing a strong emphasis on LVMH preferred technologies with the goal of accelerating our pace of quality delivery.
Support the growth of global platforms such as Salesforce while also being able to focus on regional solutions in markets that may not use global standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with the rest of the team.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience
- Strong experience as an IT Solutions Architect, with a consistent record of delivering sophisticated digital projects
- Extensive knowledge of digital commerce technologies and the interest in learning about modern platforms such as SFCC and Magento
- Experience with .NET development and a solid understanding of other web development technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
- Demonstrable understanding of Akeneo, Algolia, Mulesoft, Sterling, Adyen, Cybersource, Google Analytics, ReachFive
- Superb communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to partner successfully with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Proven attention to detail and dedication to delivering high quality solutions
- A passion for staying up to date with the latest technology trends and standard methodologies
- Experience in working with multi-skilled agile teams (Solutions and Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, UX Designers, Software Engineers, and QA Engineers)
- A solid grasp of business transformation, agile software development and change
- A very positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level regardless of the complexity of delivery
- Experience with both waterfall and agile development methodologies with a good working understanding of both Jira and Confluence.
Preferred:
- Global experience both from working with global business units and leading international delivery teams in matrixed organizations
- Ability to mentor and guide teams
