Spring '23 PR Intern

Role Summary:

The PR department is looking for part-time Fashion PR interns for the Fall/Winter 2023 semester starting asap. Candidates must be driven, detail-oriented, and punctual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous Fashion PR experience is ideal. For school credit ONLY.

Responsibilities:

• Sample trafficking & inventory management, including runs in the city Updating of publication, VIP & influencer contacts list Keeping all sample sign out spreadsheets organized & up to date Press coverage tracking and logging Showroom organization Photoshoot and event support

Requirements:

• Previous PR internship experience preferred Available to commit a minimum of 2 days per week Able to handle physical requirements of position which includes but is not limited to standing, bending, reaching, and lifting to 50 lbs. Proficient/Working knowledge of Fashion GPS a plus

Skills:

• Knowledge of shipping and creating labels through various couriers preferred (FedEx, DHL, UPS) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and take direction well. Knowledge of the fashion industry a plus but not required.
