An individual who is keen to learn, with a retail background, strong analytical skills and good stakeholder management abilities.
To analyze Retail KPI's and team performance from multiple sources, being capable to interpret the outcomes and support the taking of strategic business decisions. Focus to support the Strategy & Retail Performance team but will also gain exposure to retail field teams, client engagement, marketing and operations.


  • Key contact for Retail analytics, reporting and data integrity within Asia
  • Develop and evolve reporting solutions to provide visibility of the retail KPI's. Provide deep dive analysis with action recommendations.
  • Monitor sales team client engagement progress; deliver business analytics, coordinate customers data analysis & call lists for sales team to follow via the clienteling apps. Presenting insights both internally within the team as well as to a range of business stakeholders
  • Support all in-store events/activations, analyze the effectiveness of promotions by looking at incremental lift. Provide comprehensive feedbacks
  • Coordination on retail operation side of Clienteling / CRM projects
  • Close collaboration with C&B, Finance and Payroll team in providing commission and incentive results.
  • Preparation of presentation (strategic plan, business review, retail meeting)
  • Involve in a wide range of ad hoc exploratory analysis to develop a deep understanding on retail performance
  • Works with Retail leadership in developing and delivering strategic presentations for monthly meetings/ brand days


  • 2 - 4 years' experience as retail sales & operation, retail excellence or CRM support role
  • Ability to understand and interpret data and communicate it in a concise and relevant way to various stakeholders
  • Highly numerate, analytical and be able to find solutions to complex issues, as well as being resolute and determined to find the 'answer'
  • Becomes the key internal expert using & managing retailer portals and performance reports
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office Products; Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, macros); PowerPoint
