POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is to support Real Estate Director to implement the long-term strategy of retail real estate development and deliver best negotiation results for own retail business.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is to support Real Estate Director to implement the long-term strategy of retail real estate development and deliver best negotiation results for own retail business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES /ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Responsible for all lease negotiation in the region, including new lease/ renewal/ relocation/ closure
- Regularly evaluate and review current stores' performance, continuously optimize and improve their lease condition when necessary
- Prepare all real estate related reports, proposals, P&L analysis and submit for final approval
- Work closely with retail, construction, legal and other teams to ensure smooth opening of stores
- Work closely with retail operation team to get feedback from frontline business
- Maintain close relationship with landlords, brokers, etc. Be a bridge between the external partners and the company, be an excellent representative when as a first contact of PVH group, always put PVH's interests as the first priority
- Collect market intelligence and competitors' information, regularly update project pool and database
- Assist to apply for business license

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experiences in real estate industry
- International retailer working experience is a must
Skills:
- Good at using Microsoft Office (especially EXCEL and PowerPoint)
- Can use English as working language
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Sensitive data consciousness
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
