Assistant Buyer - Menswear (f/m/d)

To support our international Buying team we are searching for a Assistant Buyer - Menswear (f/m/d) to be based in our Aschheim office. 

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Compile and reviews financial data, ensuring accuracy for merchandising decisions

• Provide accurate data and size/allocation on purchase orders

• Support order sheet entry and checks data accuracy

• Analyse weekly trading reports and proactively identifying strong/slow sellers to Buyer

• Planning and support with travel schedule 

• Support vendor communications, ensuring proper receipt flow and tracking deliveries

• Use management information systems to appropriately manage product inventories

• Communicate and partners with other departments as well as attends internal meetings to ensure proper information flow about deliveries, exclusives, product launches and others

• Perform additional administrative tasks as required

WHO YOU ARE

• Relevant experience in a similar role with focus on the Menswear category

• Academic degree, ideally in Business Administration, Fashion or other relevant qualification

• Enthusiastic about international luxury fashion

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to work well under time pressure

• Confident in organizing extensive travel schedule for buying appointments throughout the season

• Reliable, detail orientation and the ability to work in a team
