Overview and purpose of role:

 

To support with the evolution of the Christian Louboutin Client Journey, the Omnichannel & CRM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our Northern Europe teams in expansion and maintenance of our client network.

You will be a vital support to our Retail Managers, cascading information from the central business. Partnering with the Regional Trainer, you will support the onboarding of new talent through training of our CRM tools. Presence and visibility within Retail will be an important part of your role as part of the Retail Operations team. It is expected that this role will be based in the field up to 50% of the time across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities of role:

 

NB: This list is non-exhaustive and will develop with the needs of the department.

 

  • Identify key needs across the Region in relation to Omnichannel Solutions and the implementation of digital tools.
  • Consistent roll-out and monitoring of training needs, with awareness of new starters and leavers across each door.
  • Work closely with Omnichannel CRM & Client Department on deployment and evolution of Loubilink and promoting results of the zone.
  • Define clear roadmap of Clientelling actions for the Region and cascading to relevant stakeholders to ensure cross-departmental visibility and collaboration.
  • Support boutiques with placement and follow-up of Special Orders, identifying any issues and liaising directly with the Made-to-Measure department.
  • Promote positive NPS scores and monitor negative comments; feedback to Area/Boutique Managers on consistent detractor scores.
  • Collaborate with Events Manager on Activations/Events, with smart approach to client selection and commercial mindset towards the success of the event.
  • Build strong relationships with EMEI Operations teams to promote positive culture of sharing, and support alignment of business processes across the zone.
  • Share relevant reporting during monthly manager conference calls.
  • You will be expected to take part in wider retail operations projects as required to the needs of the business.

  • Commitment to partnering with other departments with 360 vision of the business and retail needs.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is a must.
  • Proficiency across Microsoft office applications and experience using Salesforce is desirable.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; another language such as French an advantage but not a requirement.
