What you can expect:

  • Responsible for supporting our physical retail business across the Northern Hub
  • Variance Analysis of the full P&L on a monthly basis, to report back to the business on risks and opportunities. Actively build action plans to improve operational efficiency
  • Regularly report on sales and KPI performance
  • Be a key contact in finance to communicate and support strategic initiatives
  • Investment and portfolio analysis of our current and future estate
  • Plan and forecasting on a quarterly basis the full retail P&L engaging with budget holders and retail management team as well as senior management and our central finance team in AG
  • Line manage a team of three to four analysts
  • Support Retail and HR on payroll related topics such as recruitment, cost management, sales variable pay, pay bandings and structures
  • Assist in lease management to ensure correct accounting of our store leases


Your profile:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels within the company.
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident and pro-active.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and is very analytical.
  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve.
  • Professionalism is maintained at all times.
  • Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully.
  • Work effectively and efficiently with the ability to establish credibility.


Preferred experience/skills
  • Commercial Finance experience
  • Preferable background in a retail environment or multi-site businesses
  • Line Management Experience preferable
  • Experience in SAP would be preferable
  • Strong excel skills and experience in building MI Reporting
