Art Director for Men's & Women's Apparel Company

• Develop the overall brand aesthetic alongside Creative Director
• Create digital art assets for Web, Social, Ecom, advertising, including:
  • digital banner ads
  • graphics for websites
  • social media graphics
  • email templates
  • campaigns
• Ensure digital art assets align with the brand aesthetics
• Ideate concepts with Creative Director for seasonal and collaboration graphic direction
• Work with Ecom team and internal and external developers to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility and web standards
• Support retail sale by creating POP artwork, flyers, stickers, etc
• Art direct digital catalog line-sheets for sales
• Create pitch decks for collaborations and special projects to brand book
• Create outside online media advertising assets (e.g. GQ, Hypebeast)
• Facilitate rush jobs with problem solving and developing strong internal relationships
• Contribute to graphic and print assets for apparel collection
• Manage and maintain digital files, assets, and archive of completed jobs
• Work with Creative Director to curate and manage freelance designers, photographers, video editors, and commissioned artists

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5+ years of experience in fashion industry art design
• Strong color knowledge, with experience in photo color correction and approval of color press proofs for print
• Proactive, organized, efficient, detail-oriented, meets deadlines on time, accountable, and enthusiastic
• Able to multitask efficiently
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google suite
