JOB PURPOSE
The Performance Media Specialist will execute and manage performance media campaigns across different channels (Affiliate, SEM Programmatic), for all the Group Brands. She/He will report to the Performance Media Strategist, being part of the Performance Media Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan Affiliate, SEM and lower funnel Programmatic activities based on the campaigns’ calendar
- Coordinate creative assets and copy requests for Affiliate, SEM and Programmatic campaigns
- Update and ensure correct implementation of all the creativities, product feeds and tracking parameters
- Monitor performance marketing channels and their main KPIs, coordinate objectives with agencies and provide - internally - reports, analysis, and insights on a weekly and monthly basis
- Coordinate agencies and suppliers on a daily basis
- Provide solutions and optimizations and propose new features to implement to improve performances of the channels
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Strong and proven experience in affiliate marketing and knowledge of tools and platforms
Proven management of performance marketing campaigns for ecommerce (ROI and conversion driven objective)
Good knowledge of SEM tools and platform
Basic knowledge and management skills of Programmatic advertising
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Well-organized, accurate and details oriented
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Passionate about digital marketing
Exceptional communication and writing skills both Italian and English
BSc/BA in marketing, communications, digital management/advertising
