The Team

The Analytics & Business Intelligence (ABI) department at PVH Europe is responsible for delivering the organization towards a data driven, fact based future.

Consisting of a mix between technology experts, frontend designers, backend gurus and experienced fashion team members. We deliver a best in class (big) data platform that we have optimized to support associates across the value chain with high performing, accurate information, structured in a variety of front-end tooling for use by over 3000 associates on a regular basis.

The Position

The ABI department is looking for an Analytics Activation Lead to help drive and monitor the adoption of our analytics products across the organization; while strengthening analytical capabilities. This individual will be an evangelist for the data driven mindset by activating the various functional solutions we have developed and deployed (reports, dashboards, queries, advanced analytics models) across the value chain and play a key role in the communication towards the organisation.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop activation strategy across product lifecycle (launch, grow, maintain, decline) & execute in strong collaboration with Product Owners

  • Monitor product utilization and discuss user feedback with Business & Product Owners to drive continuous improvement

  • Conduct annual ABI NPS survey (qualitative & quantitative), summarize feedback & coordinate next steps


  • Develop communication toolbox, which can be applied across ABI teams to effectively interact with end users & end user communities

  • Foster adoption and understanding of products delivered & value created across users/ new associates

  • Coordinate regular newsletters, annual ABI Summit and/ or perform other communication vehicles/ events


  • Work with ABI Leadership Team to develop training framework & content to strengthen data literacy within the organization

  • Evangelize training framework across ABI Product Owners & embed in the way of working, i.e. documentation, training material & videos

Ideal qualifications & experience

  • 2-4 years of working experience in Marketing, Communications, Activation or similar, ideally within the fashion or consumer goods industry

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Social Science or similar

  • Strong interpersonal skills: comfort in interacting with wide range of stakeholders across PVH; while being the 'spider in the web' for ABI

  • Strong organizational skills; enjoying to organize large events/ summits, coordinate newsletters and surveys

  • Ideally experience in defining training strategy & how to lift capabilities across an organization

  • Firm belief in the power and potential of data and analytics

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
